NEW ‘COVID-19’ RELATED STUDIO POLICIES
In the interest of your safety and wellbeing, Mojo Body Fitness has implemented a new set of rules, to ensure the highest measures of safety against the COVID-19 Virus.
Signage across the studio clearly states these rules, and staff reserve the right to refuse entry to any persons who fail to meet prerequisites or compliance of these safety measures.
Face masks are mandatory and can only be pulled down during the most strenuous parts of the workout.
We have reduced class capacity and made efforts to make foot-traffic single direction to help with the necessary social distancing of 2 meters at all times.
Upon entering the studio, you are required to either put on shoe covers (provided by the studio), or remove your shoes and put on your toe sox (mandatory for this workout).
Gloves are also provided and are not mandatory, but highly recommended. We urge that you avoid touching surfaces where possible.
Temperature checks will be conducted upon entering the tower, as well as the studio, and you must sanitize your hands before proceeding to the workout stations.
There are no lockers in use, but when you enter the workout studio each person is assigned an individual shelf to place their belongings.
Colored tape is placed on the floor to box out each reformer station and you are required to stay within the allocated space, maintaining a 2 meter distance from others at all times.
Each station is prepped with all the equipment needed for your workout, and cards are placed on each reformer to indicate it has been recently sanitized, and ready for safe use.
Hand sanitizers have been placed multiple locations throughout the studio, and the studio is disinfected using an anti static spray between each class.
We no longer accept cash. Payments are only accepted by credit card or online.
Lastly, if you are showing any symptoms of Covid-19, and do not feel well, we urge you to notify the studio and cancel your class.
IMPORTANT: Because COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact, MOJO BODY FITNESS has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. However, MOJO BODY FITNESS cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19.
In light of the ongoing spread of COVID-19, individuals who fall within any of the categories below should not attend classes. By attending a class, you certify that you do not fall into any of the following categories:
1. Individuals who currently or within the past fourteen (14) days have experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19, which include fever, cough, recent loss of smell or taste and shortness of breath among other COVID-19 symptoms.
2. Individuals who have traveled at any point in the past fourteen (14) days either internationally or to a community in the U.S. that has experienced or is experiencing sustained community spread of COVID-19; or
3. Individuals who believe that they may have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and are not yet cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities or the health care team responsible for their treatment.
Clients agree to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 (symptoms typically include fever, cough, recent loss of smell or taste and shortness of breath) and, contact Mojo Body Fitness at info@mymojopilates if he/she experiences symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days after attending class at Mojo Body Fitness.
Starting 1st January, 2018, the UAE Government will introduce Value Added Tax (VAT) at 5%, which will apply to all our products and services.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE BUYING OR BOOKING WITH US. By proceeding to make a purchase or booking with us, you are confirming that you have read these TERMS & CONDITIONS and agree to be bound by them.
INTRODUCTION
Reformer Pilates classes, juices and other products are supplied and / or distributed by Mojo Body Fitness, subject to the following express Terms. In these Terms, "we"/"us"/"our" means Mojo Body Fitness, and "you"/"your"/"yours" means you, the customer. These Terms together with our booking confirmation constitute the contract ("the Contract") between us for the supply of services to you. The Contract shall not be varied in any way whatsoever unless agreed in advance in writing between the parties.
BUYING AND BOOKING
You can buy credits with us in advance, towards booking reformer sessions, juices and other products and services within the validity periods assigned.
MOBILE FRIENDLY WEBSITE
We have a ‘mobile friendly’ website, so you can do all of it right from your cellular phone.
BOOK IN ADVANCE TO GUARANTEE YOUR SPOT
Each class has a maximum capacity of 14 reformers (this number is subject to change). Session availability changes dynamically as bookings are made and cancelled by clients. Sessions with zero bookings 3 hours prior to start time will automatically close. Sessions with less than the required minimum number of bookings will be cancelled 3 hours prior to start time, as we maintain a minimum attendance policy. In this case, we may request to move you to a different class time. The minimum bookings required to guarantee a class is running is 3 at this time. This number is subject to change.
BUY AND BOOK ONLINE FOR THE BEST DEALS
Pre-payment and pre-booking for a session are required in order to guarantee a spot. This is easily done online. At this time, our rates vary according to payment method, and the best deals and promotions are only available online. Our team is always happy to help you navigate through the online process, however it is the clients’ responsibility to ensure they have adequate access to the internet, and that payments and bookings are correctly made, and the transactions are completed. You will receive an email confirmation which acts as your purchase receipt, or booking confirmation – without which, the purchase or booking transaction or is incomplete. While we maintain a two-tier pricing at this time (discounted rates for online purchases), this is subject to change in the future, and we reserve the right to offer our products and services for online purchases exclusively.
METHOD OF PAYMENT AND VALIDITY PERIODS
You can pay for your session or juice credits online, using a credit or debit card. Please note, all purchases are final, and credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. At this time, we do not provide the facility to freeze packages. Validity periods assigned are fixed and non-extendable. The only exception to this is if we run a promotion that offers an extended validity period, in which case this will be clearly stated in the sub-text of the promotional offer, and your account will reflect this extended validity period accordingly.
The only other option to extend your validity period is through the purchase of a subsequent group package, which will allow you to combine your current credits with your newly purchased ones. Please note that this can only be done before a package has expired, and not after.
REGISTER ONLINE FOR YOUR INTRODUCTORY OFFER*
Any resident of the UAE wishing to try Mojo Reformer Pilates for the first time is entitled to a trial class for only AED 50, as long as they register and purchase the trial class online with us. This will also guarantee their booking. Clients who wish to pay for this through cash or a debit / credit card at the studio, will be charged AED 100. Unless this payment is made well in advance, it will not guarantee the booking.
This is a one-time offer per individual, and we reserve the right to make this available for only the off-peak classes. This offer is also only available to residents of the UAE. If you don't have a UAE mobile phone number or an Emirates ID, you will have to purchase a class credit at the walk-in price of AED 150 to attend your first class.

If you enjoy your first session, and want to buy more session credits in the form of a package for Group Sessions, here are the steps to follow:
BUYING CREDITS
1. Click on the 'Online deals' tab.
2. Under 'Reformer Sessions’ go to 'Group Sessions' select preferred package.
3. You can also buy other things like Juice packages, Toesox, etc. at this time.
3. Scroll down and click 'Proceed to Checkout'.
4. Enter your debit or credit card details. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
5. Once the transaction is complete, class credits will be topped up into your account.
6. You will receive an online confirmation by email, which serves as your purchase receipt.
USING CREDITS TO BOOK SESSIONS AND JUICES
1. Click on the 'Make a booking' tab
2. Select ‘Dubai’ as the City, and wait a few seconds for the schedule to load.
3. Select ‘Package’ beside your desired session time, and click 'Book Now’.
4. You can also book other things like Juice packages, Toesox, etc. at this time.
5. You will be directed to another window.
5. Kindly click 'Book Now' a second time, at the bottom of the page to confirm.
6. You will receive an email notification to confirm your booking.
VALIDITY PERIODS
Each credit and credit package has an assigned validity period, which starts upon date and time of purchase, and is stated in several places on our website. 1. Pricing page ; 2. Online Deals page (from where you tick the package you would like to purchase) ; and 3. Right below your credit balance on your account page, when you log in. As the validity periods assigned are deemed suitably ample for each respective package, we do not facilitate the ‘freezing’ of any account at this time.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR BOOKINGS
If you change or cancel a booking 24 hours in advance of the class start time, your session credit will automatically be replenished into your account. Non-attendance of a booked session will lead to your class credit being forfeited.
In case you are unable to attend due to an emergency, please email or call the studio as much in advance to request a change to your booking. Each request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. For changes requested due to medical or other emergencies, some form of documented proof is required. We cannot guarantee availability at any time, particularly if a change is requested at short notice.
IF WE CANCEL YOUR BOOKING
In the event that we cancel a class that you have booked, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to offer you the choice of:
(a) being transferred to a session at an alternative date and time.
(b) your account being replenished with a session credit, valid for one week or the same duration as your current package, whichever is longer.
FORGOT YOUR LOG IN DETAILS?
In the event that you have forgotten your log in details, or want to update your information in our system, you simply need to send an email to info@mymojopilates.com, and we will send you the details or make the changes to your records in our system.
NO DUPLICATION OR SHARING OF ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree that you will not register on our website more than once, using a different user name, email address or contact number. We reserve the right to delete any duplicate accounts found in our system. You agree to not share your username and password with others, for the purpose of credit transfer. Any fraudulent use of the booking system will lead to immediate account suspension with no refund.
ARRIVING ON TIME
Please ensure you arrive on time for your class. The pre-class warm-up is designed to help with the avoidance of injury. If you are late, the admin staff and / or instructor reserve the right to not allow you into class, and you will forfeit your credit. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we are not allowed to let you into class on the grounds of health and safety.
Note: Wait-list clients sometimes show up in the hope of getting a late space in class. If you have booked for a class, and are late or do not show up then we reserve the right to offer your space to walk-in clients or clients on the waiting list.
WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR FIRST CLASS
We ask that you bring a photo ID to your first class (e.g. drivers’ license, Emirates ID or passport). In the event you are using a corporate promotion code, we will require proof of your association with the corporation (e.g. employment ID, labour card).
CLOTHING
It is best to wear comfortable and stretchy gym wear for your class. We recommend wearing grip socks for better stability and balance. We do sell these at the studio, and you can also pre-purchase Toesox with us online, while booking your class. Footwear is only permitted in the reception area and changing rooms, and not in the main studio. The studio is equipped with changing rooms, lockers, showers and towels for your use.
CLIENTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
If you have special needs, kindly advise us of your requirements by email or telephone on 04 360 3399 before you make a booking online. You can help us ensure we will be able to meet your needs by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance of the date and time of the first class you wish to book.
It is your sole responsibility to check with your doctor or medical practitioner about your suitability for our classes and to obtain his/her written consent where necessary. While we take every care to ensure safe practice, there are inherent risks in any exercise program and we accept no liability whatsoever for any injury or illness you incur through taking our classes (except as a result of our negligence) or by your failure to notify us of any existing health problems or special needs.
CHILDREN
If you are 15 years of age or under, you are unable to attend Mojo Reformer Pilates classes.
ENTRY
The management reserves the right to refuse entry.
BOOKINGS LIABILITY
A binding contract is not formed until we accept your offer to make a booking for a class or block of classes. An offer will be deemed to have been accepted by us once you are in receipt of a booking confirmation from us. Prices are subject to change at any time by us before we accept your booking. All classes offered by us are subject to availability.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of a genuine website error or inaccuracy, we reserve the right to cancel all confirmed class bookings. In the event or such cancellation our only liability to you shall be to refund the price paid by you for your class booking, or to transfer you to a class at an alternative date and time, whichever you prefer.
FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable to you or deemed to be in breach of these Terms by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of our obligations in relation to these Terms, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, Acts of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident, war or threat of war, riot, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance, restrictions, regulations, by-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any government, parliamentary, or local authority, strikes, lockouts or other industrial action or trade disputes (whether involving our employees or those of any third party), I.T. viruses, difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, parts or machinery, power failure or breakdown in machinery.
WAIVER
No delay or failure by either party to exercise any of its powers, rights or remedies under these Terms will operate as a waiver of them, nor will any single or partial exercise of any such powers, rights or remedies preclude any other or further exercise of them. Any waiver to be effective must be in writing.
SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable then such part will be severed from these Terms, the remainder of which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms together with our order confirmation constitute the entire agreement between the parties and shall have effect to the exclusion of any other memorandum, agreement, or understanding of any kind, whether oral or written, between the parties hereto and touching and concerning their subject matter.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with United Arab Emirates law and the parties hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates courts.
YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy and terms of service. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use this website or subscribe for the services offered. The information and materials contained in this website are subject to change without notice. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
