Trent

Trent is an Australian qualified Personal Trainer with a lifetime passion for fitness and health. This passion was partly shaped by and enhanced due to his eight years in the Australian Army through which he had a role as a Combat Fitness Leader. Trent believes that through hard work, discipline and a balanced diet (including the odd cheat meal) almost any fitness goal is achievable! "You can get results or give excuses, the choice is yours"
